Online Assessment System - OAS
The purpose of the system is to provide faculty with the tools necessary to conduct a learning outcome assessment in an effective and efficient way.
The Online Assessment System (OAS) was officially launched in 2011. It is currently used by all colleges and academic programs across Qatar University.
This website is a work in progress, please report any issues, problems, feedback to the support team by sending an email to oas.support@qu.edu.qa. Please also feel free to contact the support team if you need any assistance in using the system.
The Online Assessment Management System (OAS) supports the university adopted process and offers the following key features and functionalities:
- Define program Specifications (Mission, Objectives, Learning Outcomes, courses, …)
- Define curriculum map and assessment plans
- Define assessment rubrics
- Setup and define assessment activities
- Measure and assess student work
- Facilitate analysis of assessment results
- Generate various assessment related reports/charts
- Monitor and control the implementation of assessment plans
All faculty members and staff registered on QU active directory have access to the OAS system by default. OAS users can log into the system by using their QU credentials.
The Online Assessment Management System (OAS) can be accessed on-campus and off-campus as described below.
On-campus Access
To access the OAS system from inside Qatar University, please click on the following link: https://oas.qu.edu.qa.
Off-campus Access
To access the OAS system anywhere from outside Qatar University, please click on the following link: https://oas.qu.edu.qa.
