Service Access Requests

Special Web, Email, and Shared Folder Access Requests

The following special access permissions and exceptions may be provided to users who request them, based on eligibility and validity of the request:

• Block or restrict email addresses from sending to QU addresses (to control SPAM)
• Allow access from QU or specific networks to certain web sites that are required for education but are blocked by our web filtering service
• Request departmental "shares" to be used by a specific departments' personnel for storing documents that should be accessible by a limited number of people (we encourage users with such a need to use the SharePoint service provided by ITS).
