Alumni Events Planning
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develops the university’s alumni relations policies, procedures, and reporting system, and regularly follows up on their implementation and updating.
- Creates and implements an annual master plan in line with Qatar University’s outreach and engagement strategy to develop alumni relations.
- Provides students, alumni, and staff networks with key individuals to create and support strategies for strengthening alumni relations through volunteer engagement, professional associations, leadership associations, and career development associations
- Develops and implements alumni initiatives to promote alumni involvement with QU.
- Enhances university spirit among students and graduates by promoting the Alumni Association and by urging its members to actively participate in organizing events and supporting the Association’s activities.

Community Engagement and Outreach Relations
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develops the university’s engagement and relations policies, procedures, and reporting system, and regularly conducts follow-up on their implementation and updating.
- Leads, advises, and conducts follow-up on the university’s government and industry relations policies, procedures, and reporting system.
- Develops and implements the annual master plan and reporting system for all government and industry relations, in cooperation with all QU entities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships, partnerships, and sponsorships with the government and with the private sector.
- Develops and implements a strategy to manage, engage, and leverage QU’s external relationships and partnerships in order to enhance QU’s profile and promote its objectives.
