ITS maintains all PC’s service history for warranty and fast-diagnostic purposes

ITS efficiently assesses the problematic PC’s on hand in up to three level of support starting at the Helpdesk level, then escalating to second and third level if not resolved in an allotted window of time for each phase.  ITS will involve suppliers for hardware problems beyond the functions and responsibility of ITS and/or covered under the warranty.


Technical Support is provided to all QU issued Computers.
