  About PMO

     The ITS Project Management Office (PMO) is a directive department created for the specific purpose of directing and supporting Qatar University IT projects. ITS PMO serves to enhance ITS’s ability to consistently deliver successful quality solutions and services to Qatar University and focuses on the strategic and tactical management of projects, as a way to meet goals and objectives in an efficient manner.

     The ITS PMO mission is to provide policies, procedures, templates, support and training on how to manage projects and use the methodology, and provide Project Managers for different projects. In support of that mission, the PMO has 4 primary objectives:
