We strive to identify and meet their needs while insuring that the University's guidelines policies and procedures are well observed. In working to balance University policies with our clients' expectations and requirements, we explain and clarify reasons if a request cannot be met as requested. We deliver culturally-sensitive, respectful service in a friendly and helpful manner.

To increase QU participants' pride in their institution, we must first begin by nurturing that pride in each one of us. In all our actions and decisions, we ensure that the best interest of Qatar University is prioritized over any personal or departmental interests.
